General approach
EntryFlow is a software service. Refunds are not promised automatically for every subscription charge, but reasonable requests will be reviewed in good faith.
If you believe you were charged in error or the service was materially not working as described, contact us promptly so we can review the situation.
When a refund may be considered
We may consider refunds for duplicate charges, accidental charges, or clear service-access problems reported shortly after billing.
Requests made after extended use, or based only on unused time in an active billing period, may not qualify for a refund.
How billing is handled
Once live billing is enabled, subscription payments and refund processing will be handled through Paddle. Approved refunds would be returned through the original payment route supported by Paddle.
How to request a review
Send your request as soon as possible after the charge and include enough detail for us to identify the account and the billing issue.
