What EntryFlow is
EntryFlow is a Bahamas-first software service for preparing landed-cost quotes, saving reusable product defaults, and managing repeat quoting workflows for import-related work.
EntryFlow helps organize calculations and quoting data, but it does not replace your own commercial judgment, supplier due diligence, customs advice, accounting review, or legal review.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
You may not use EntryFlow to break the law, interfere with the service, abuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or submit malicious content, code, or data.
Your data and quote responsibility
You retain responsibility for the quote inputs you enter, including product descriptions, declared values, duty rates, levy assumptions, freight, insurance, and customer-facing pricing.
You should review every quote before relying on it for purchasing, resale, or operational decisions. EntryFlow is a workflow tool, not a guarantee that every tax, customs, or regulatory outcome will match the final assessed result.
Billing and subscriptions
EntryFlow plans are intended to be offered as recurring subscriptions. When live billing is enabled, payment handling and subscription processing will be managed through Paddle.
Plan details, renewal timing, and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout when billing is available for your workspace.
Service availability and changes
We aim to keep EntryFlow available and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or permanent availability of every feature.
We may update, improve, suspend, or remove parts of the service as the product evolves.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, EntryFlow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.
EntryFlow and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, customers, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
